  Idk if Dan an Tina are still around or not but I'm not a big church going but Dan an Tina an this church changed my life helped me get off the street I got off drugs an achol they treated me like a person an almost family I love this church an those people I do now an always will

  This church is a small one and has a lot of compassionate people and a equally compassionate pastor. I come with a friend from time to time and this church is always great. Great singing and life lessons.

  Independence First Church of the Nazarene is better described as a Re-Start Church since April 2006. Only 17 active members and about 7 regular non-members (not counting their children) stayed with the Church during a pastoral transitional period from October 2005 until April, 2006. The Church did not have a pastor for this period of time. Then I, was installed as the Senior Pastor on Sunday April 2, 2006. Since then our church ran an average attendance from 24 to 29 every Sunday. As of today, March 25, 2008, our Church is experiencing a steady growth and our average morning worship attendance is now between 30 and 40. On February 24, 2008, we took in 12 new members which brings up our actual membership to 29 active full members. God is blessing our Church as we continue to reach out to the Community of Independence West in Missouri.We are also planning to start a Pre-School and a Middle School in the nearest possible future. We have also started an Adult Sunday School Class in Spanish and will be extended to other languages if needed.   Sundays: Morning Service - 9:30 am - 11:00 am
  Sundays: Sunday School - 11:15 am - 12:00 am
  Wednesdays: Bible Studies - (Adult & Children) 7:00 pm.
